Summary. A programme of building recording was carried out by the Colchester Archaeological Trust (CAT) on Rectory Cottage, Rectory Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Essex in October 2013. The work was commissioned by Flight Timber Products on behalf of the owner Mr P Sacker. The building is a two-storey, timber-framed cottage constructed in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with 20th-century extensions.
