Summary. An archaeological evaluation (six trial-trenches) was carried out at Ashe Park House, Ashe Park, Ivy Lodge Road, Campsea Ashe, Suffolk in advance of the construction of a conservation lake within the historic parkland. Four pits were uncovered, one possible prehistoric, one possible early medieval, one undatable and a tree-throw. Prehistoric features have not been found within this local area before.
