Summary. Archaeological monitoring was carried out at the old turkey shed, Wallbury Lodge, Little Hallingbury, Essex ahead of the erection of a new garage. The site is located within the scheduled monument of Wallbury Camp, an Iron Age hillfort, with 16th- to 18th- century Grade II listed buildings also nearby. No archaeological deposits were impacted during the works.
